Originally formed in 1994 we have established ourselves as The Quantity Surveyor of Choice for a number of national corporate clients, and individuals alike. Our business is based upon repeat business.
We provide project management, cost management, and construction health and safety services relating to projects large or small, domestic or for business.

The People
CMP are an enthusiastic team led by Pete Roston and Jon Eales. We pride ourselves on the fact that we are chartered surveyors with a dedicated commercial approach. Our proactive project managers specialise in strategic appraisals, registered safety CDM coordinators and nominated team leaders for single point of contact.
CMP endorses a culture of professionaism and integrity, and we are dedicated to repeat order business. CMP is regulated by the RICS and are corporate registered CDM Coordinators.
