Our services are used on new build projects and refurbishments including historic buildings with Grade one, and Grade two listings as well as light industrial.
  • We are active in several multi site roll out schemes for National Retailers. Providing Surveying, Cost and Project Management Services for projects from £5 thousand to £5 million.
  • As Surveyors we provide back up services specifically for Loss Adjusters, with a full secondment or hourly charge for a range of Services from Site Inspections through general administration and accounting to CDM.
  • CDM Coordinators for schemes across the board, ensuring compliance with the Construction Design and Management (CDM) regulations. 
  • Disabled Discrimination Access Surveyors – Access Audits, Surveys and Reports detailing costed options for building owners and occupiers – Again Multi site, roll out or individual.
  • Dilapidation and Condition Surveys – Portfolio and Individual Surveys, with or without photographic detail. 
  • Legal services provisions include claims and adjudication drafting and defence, expert witness services on large and minor projects.
